Rachel-Jade has been working, volunteering and supporting some of the most vulnerable children and young people for over 20 years. Rachel-Jade has worked in both the public and charity sectors, providing support for children, young people and families across Torfaen. Rachel-Jade has been working towards her BA (HONS) Youth and Community Degree, and has specialised in supporting children with additional needs. Rachel-Jade has also been involved in local volunteer groups, providing activities and support. In previous years Rachel-Jade has received awards for her volunteering and long term commitment to supporting children, young people and their families, supporting her community and making a difference.
